Amy Squires

Reiki Master Teacher and Holistic Healing Advocate

With a lineage deeply rooted in the ancient art of Reiki, I proudly carry the torch as a third-generation Reiki Practitioner. Guided by the wisdom of my mother and grandmother, I have embarked on a transformative journey as a healer and advocate for holistic well-being.

My introduction to the profound healing energy of Reiki occurred at the age of 13, under the nurturing guidance of my grandmother, Nora Squires, a Reiki Master Teacher. Through Reiki, I found solace from physical ailments that had plagued me since childhood, paving the way for a life of holistic wellness. Reiki became not just a practice but a way of life for our family, offering comfort during life's trials, academic challenges, emotional storms, and significant life transitions.

Driven by the core principles of Reiki, I have embraced a philosophy that resonates with my very being:

1. Just for today, I will not worry.

2. Just for today, I will not be angry.

3. Just for today, I will be grateful.

4. Just for today, I will do my work honestly.

5. Just for today, I will be kind to every living thing.

Embracing the transformative power of Reiki, I have dedicated myself to the cause of holistic healing.

My vision extends beyond personal wellness; I advocate for the integration of Reiki as a complementary treatment in conjunction with conventional healthcare services. I firmly believe in the potential of regular Reiki practice to bring harmony to both mental and physical health, creating a balanced coexistence between the two.

As a Reiki Master Teacher and holistic healing advocate, I am committed to sharing the boundless benefits of Reiki with the world. Through my practice, teachings, and unwavering dedication, I aspire to empower individuals on their holistic healing journey, fostering a world where Reiki is recognized and embraced as a transformative force for well-being.
