Dr. Raymond Dattwyler

Dr. Dattwyler graduated from the University of Buffalo, SUNY School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in 1973. He works in Huntington, NY and specializes in Allergy & Immunology.

 

Currently the Professor of Microbiology and Immunology at NYMC, Dr. Dattwyler’s research aims to develop new diagnostic tests for infectious diseases, including Lyme disease. These new tests will lead to earlier diagnosis of Lyme disease and enable prompt treatment that may prevent the development of serious symptoms, such as arthritis and neuroborreliosis.
