Jason Stephenson

Jason Stephenson is the founder of Relax Me Online Australia Pty Ltd and has been involved in the meditation/relaxation music field for the past 15 years. In 2017 he became a best selling author with a book he co-authored with the great Jack Canfield.

His YouTube Meditation Sleep Music Channel has grown to almost one million subscribers with over two hundred and fifty million views.

The importance of meditation came to Jason in his 30’s, when he entered troubled times in his life, both on a physical and mental level.

Jason says, “I got off track and delved into the abuse of drugs and alcohol – a total abuse on all levels to my body, mind, and spirit. I relied on meditation and affirmations at this time to get me through some of the darkest days of my life.”

“Meditation and affirmations became a daily ritual to help change my health and mindset, and I went from being a total wreck to having the strength to help others from their darkest days.”

It was time for Jason to give back to the world. Jason went on to release over 150 guided meditation and relaxation music albums on YouTube, iTunes, Amazon, and Spotify to help children, teens and adults believe in themselves and live more fully in the moment.

In November of 2017, Jason conducted a live meditation in Santa Barbara, USA to over 800 people at a Fest Forums event including Hollywood actors and musicians, Jeff Bridges, Frances Fisher, Chuck Leavell, and Kenny Loggins.

His guided meditation work has now been accepted in prisons across Australia and the USA (to help with the rehabilitation of prisoners), and recently his work has been accepted to be utilized to help over 4000 prisoners in the Mule Creek State Prison in CA, USA to aid in relaxation and sleep.

Jason has spoken and performed on an international level in Australia, USA, Taiwan, and Malaysia. He performed winning songs in an International Buddhist song contest, “Sounds of the Human World” in 2005 and 2006.

Jason completed his Usui Reiki First Degree Certificate and has completed a Diploma of Neuro-Psychological Immunity (H & H College Queensland, Australia)– a course where Jason says, “I really began to understand the power and connection between the health of  mind and body.”

Recently, Jason completed the "Success Principles Training," and is now a certified Jack Canfield Trainer.

Jason resides between a small sea-side town on the east coast of NSW Australia and a country retreat home in South Australia.  He travels with his much-loved dog and companion, Dharma.
