Lisa Gillette is an equal pay activist, podcaster, and certified leadership coach, focused on creating greater diversity in senior leadership. She is intimately familiar with the special challenges all women face in the workspace, having spent 25 years in corporate, the last 10 years as an executive in sports television.

 

Lisa’s company, BIGSKY Coaching & Consulting is a natural extension of her desire to guide, support and encourage women to advance in their careers all the way into the “C” suite.
