Luciano Facchinelli

Luciano has acquired experience in various fields including human resources consulting, change management and communications. Luciano previously held the position of Assistant Executive Director and Interim Executive Director for Youth Fusion and FIRST Robotics Quebec. Previously, he held several positions within the Canada Revenue Agency in staffing, team management as well as labor relations. He has a bachelor's degree and an MBA from HEC Montreal.

In his current role as Senior Human Resources Advisor for the Chambre de la sécurité financière, he currently acts as a strategic business partner to the management team and for all human resources initiatives. He’s at the heart of the initiatives in human resources action plan and supports the organization in their strategic development.
