Sue Ritchie
Sue is an Holistic Health and Fertility Specialist who works with women and ideally their partners (because it does take 2 to tango!), who are struggling to conceive. She helps those who want to conceive naturally and those who have decided that IVF is there only option. As well as those who have just decided they want to have a baby, but want to do everything they can to increase their chances of success.
She strongly believes that in today’s modern world that it is important to take the time to prepare for conception as it not only increases your chances of success and conceiving more quickly. It also increases the chances of having a healthy baby. Something she believes is very important.
Sue found herself at age 30 single with her body clock ticking and experienced that rollercoaster of emotions that come with longing to have children. She did, however, conceive her first child at 36 and her second at 39 totally naturally and is eternally grateful for having them in her life.
Taking an holistic approach Sue focuses on helping couples to optimise all of the factors that have an impact on fertility. She is a firm believer of addressing the root causes. Some of these you may never have even considered could be getting in the way of achieving your dream. She loves to see couples step into parenthood, living healthy, happy and positive lives, as this is the best gift you can give to your child. She has been successfully transforming people’s health and lives for over 11 years.
Sue is the author of the award-winning book Love your Gut and co-writer of 5 others. She regularly has articles published in magazines. She also speaks on the radio, podcasts and at events.
